How far in advance should we book for a Texas Hill Country wedding?

For peak season — October and April Saturdays in particular — book 10–12 months out. For other dates, 6–8 months is typically sufficient. Yes — rehearsal coordination is part of the day-of package. Wendi works with your officiant, wedding party, and family to walk through ceremony order, positioning, and timing so everyone feels confident going into the wedding day.

Do you work with elopements and micro-weddings?

Absolutely. Some of the most meaningful weddings we coordinate are intimate ceremonies — small guest lists, private Hill Country settings, and celebrations that prioritise presence over production. Day-of coordination is just as valuable for an elopement of ten as it is for a wedding of 150.

Can we add photography to our day-of coordination?

Yes — photography is available as an add-on. Having your coordinator and photographer under one brand means a more cohesive day, better communication, and one less vendor to manage. Mention it when you enquire and we'll confirm photography availability for your date.

What do we need to get a Texas marriage license?
