  • Both applicants must appear in person at the Bexar County Clerk’s Marriage License office.
  • Both applicants must provide valid proof of identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, or certified birth certificate.
  • Both applicants must provide their Social Security numbers (if applicable).
  • The application fee is $80. You can pay with cash or credit card.

  2. Go to the Bexar County Clerk’s Marriage License office. The office is located at 101 W. Nueva St., Suite 120, San Antonio, TX 78205. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Closed on holidays.
